Return Policy

Refunds and Returns:
To request a refund or return, please contact us within 15 calendar days after your tracking number has been marked as "delivered." Requests received more than 15 calendar days after delivery will not be eligible.

Our refund and return policy applies only if the item is received with a defect, is damaged, or is significantly different from the description. To help us process your request, we may ask for photos or other documentary evidence as proof, so that we can better diagnose the issue and work on a solution for you.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We aim to ship all orders within 0 to 48 business hours of receiving the order. If you contact us after the order has been shipped, we cannot recall the shipment.

Craftsmanship and Quality Guarantee

If you find a quality or manufacturing issue with a product from us, please contact us immediately, and we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Products that have been abused are not eligible for this guarantee. Products on our site are described as accurately as possible, but slight occasional variations in measurements, color, or design may occur.

Any recourse for an unintentional error in description, price, or availability is at our discretion.

Return Rules

1. Testing the Item:
   We may ask the buyer to test the item to rule out incorrect usage. The buyer is responsible for correctly following the test.

2. Covering Expenses:
   We will cover all expenses (item price, shipping costs) if confirmed to be due to a manufacturing issue or our error. Conversely, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Condition of Returned Items:
   The item must be returned in NEW condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc. Otherwise, it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.

4. Replacement/Refund Processing:
   Replacement or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return and receipt of the goods by the seller.

5. Tracking Return Packages:
   We highly recommend using a tracked service to locate return packages.

6. Late Returns:
   Items returned after the required deadline may incur a restocking fee of 10-20%.

7. Return Initiation:
   Returned products are allowed and must be initiated by the buyer within 15 days of the purchase date.

8. Restocking Fees:
   There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
   All non-defective and non-damaged products are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory-sealed box.

9. Damage from Incorrect Use:
   For damage caused by incorrect use, assembly, disassembly, or sharpening of the product, we are not responsible for returns and exchanges.
